I am travelling to Nova Scotia on the 9th October a place Julie and I had many chats about. Julie had been and loved her trip and I was keeping my fingers crossed that one day I would be able to go. Julie was sadly taken from us suddenly on 11th July 19 and not long after I was asked to take part in a trip organised by WestJet Airlines to Nova Scotia. I picked up the phone and started dialling Julie's extension to tell her as soon as I found out - she was the first person I wanted to tell...... I can think of no better place to raise funds for the Beatson who took such great care of her and will be hiking the Skyline Trail (on the Cabot Trail at the top of French Mountain) on the 14th Oct in memory of our beloved Julie.
